1. Purpose

These terms govern the distance sale of Maison Arvana products by PANTHERA GROUP LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) to consumers.

2. Products

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Hematite is a stone: each bracelet may show slight variations in tone and shine. Our bracelets are jewelry: they have no health effect.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are in euros, taxes included, with free shipping. The price shown at the time of order applies. Promotional offers (for example “Buy 1, get 1 free”) are applied automatically in the cart, under the conditions and until the end date shown on the website. Once an offer has ended, it no longer applies to new orders. If you return an order placed with a “Buy 1, get 1 free” offer, the free bracelet must be returned together with the paid one; the refund covers the amount actually paid.

4. Order and payment

Your order is confirmed by email after payment. Payment is secure and handled by Shopify and its payment providers.
