30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receipt to return your bracelet if it does not suit you, without giving a reason. This includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

• Request your return through our contact form with your order number; we send you the return address.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• We refund the purchase price and initial shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

Damaged or defective item: send us a photo within 30 days of receipt and we replace or refund it at our expense.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in your country.
